Is zLogistics multi-branch ready?
The current version of zLogistics is designed for single-branch operations with multiple users (admin, operator, accounts). Does zLogistics integrate with Tally?
zLogistics can be integrated with Tally and other accounting systems on request. Data export and API-based integrations are scoped and quoted based on your specific requirements.
Is there an annual maintenance contract (AMC)?
Yes. An optional AMC covers ongoing support, version updates, and priority issue resolution. The base license works without AMC, but AMC is recommended for production deployments. AMC is quoted separately based on user count and modules in use.
Do I own the software, or is it a subscription?
zLogistics is sold on a perpetual license model — you pay once and own the software forever. There is no mandatory monthly SaaS fee. Optional source-code buyout is available for enterprises that want full ownership of the codebase.
